he's right... when you first start workin out your heartrate goes CRAZY, kinda like you just smoked 3 or 4 cigarettes then ran. the feeling goes away once you're warmed up.

i've realized after years and years of training that remembering to BREATHE CORRECTLY and keep your heart stabilized during the beginning of the warmup is critical. you tend to forget when your high. don't throw a wrench into your endurance in the first stages!

I usually go to the gym and run 3 miles, then do an hour on light weights, given that I'm not terribly fit at the moment it is very difficult to get motivated to get up and go... plus very boring scene as though I'm there for up to 2 hours. I was wondering if I toked up before I went, would it make the workout easier, or harder? would it make time pass quicker, or is it a definete no no... I usually get a lazy stoner effect Rating: 5
