Well it's proven that physical activity, which increases your heart rate, causes the high to decrease at a faster rate than if you just sat around. Your heart is already beating faster if you did smoke, and add in some running, and you'll find the high escape rather quickly.

Not to say that you don't feel less stoned just sitting around, but it's just a feeling, while the facts are there. Everyone's different though. ~
Its a Plant Reviewed by Its a Plant on . Toking up & going to the gym! Has anyone here toked up and then done some really hard exercise? I usually go to the gym and run 3 miles, then do an hour on light weights, given that I'm not terribly fit at the moment it is very difficult to get motivated to get up and go... plus very boring scene as though I'm there for up to 2 hours. I was wondering if I toked up before I went, would it make the workout easier, or harder? would it make time pass quicker, or is it a definete no no... I usually get a lazy stoner effect Rating: 5
