I don't agree. I feel less stoned if I sit around... it's better if I am doing something active and then something inactive, every few minutes. I think lifting would be just right if it weren't so repetitive...but I've never been to the gym stoned so I don't know for sure.

I usually go to the gym and run 3 miles, then do an hour on light weights, given that I'm not terribly fit at the moment it is very difficult to get motivated to get up and go... plus very boring scene as though I'm there for up to 2 hours. I was wondering if I toked up before I went, would it make the workout easier, or harder? would it make time pass quicker, or is it a definete no no... I usually get a lazy stoner effect Rating: 5
