I work out usually 5 days a week in the afternoons after getting off an 8 hour shit. A hard hour and half long lifting session and then straight across town to the place I and some guys train mixed martial arts at.

I smoke prior to it all, before work, the gym, fighting ect. So I can workout great but I do everything else with a slight buzz so it figures I would be alright with everything else.

If you haven't tried it, try it and go from there. If you can do it and "use" it the way I do- as a tool, along with my headphones to maintain concentration, focus, and to kind of zone out then keep doing it.
