Toking up & going to the gym!
If you are just lifting weights, it's not such a bad thing to try, as long as you keep yourself motivated to reach your goals. Getting stoned, bring along some music, and it'll make lifting a bit more tolerable, especially starting out. If you are going to do some cardio, weed will make it a little harder.

I usually go to the gym and run 3 miles, then do an hour on light weights, given that I'm not terribly fit at the moment it is very difficult to get motivated to get up and go... plus very boring scene as though I'm there for up to 2 hours. I was wondering if I toked up before I went, would it make the workout easier, or harder? would it make time pass quicker, or is it a definete no no...
