Can I grow in two different size mediums?
If no one is sure, does anyone at least know when I transplant into rockwool is the starting point of the roots supposed to be in part of the rock wool or the stem right at the bottom with all roots hanging out?
bigbud751 Reviewed by bigbud751 on . Can I grow in two different size mediums? I am growing in a rotating garden and I am starting in a ez cloner. The ez cloner has it's own plugs and then I am switching the cuttings to rockwool plugs made for cuttings. Do I place roots at all in plug or let every bit hang out the bottom? Also, the rockwool for this system is 4x4x2.5" and I am starting in 1" until I get all the clones I need. Can I just take the 1" plug and put into the 4"? Will the roots be ok? How long can they stay under 18 hrs. in a 1" cube before I can switch Rating: 5
