Vaporizer Alternatives

I've been looking at both of these items, (one is a pipe that uses some sort of filter so that the weed doesn't burn, and the other is a lighter that vaporizes whatever your trying to smoke) and they both seem like good ideas, but kind of gimmicky. Has anyone tried them?

i'm gonna make another tonight, they're a bit fragile.

I hate lightbulb vaps because they smell like SHIT. They get you pretty fuckin high though.

The vaporgenie is retarded, you could make your own by just putting a screen on top of your bowl and packing a slightly small bowl. The flame will not go through the screen and you will just get hot air. That's EXACTLY how the vapor genie works.

The vapo torch looks kinda cool though.
