Listen guys, I Smoked afew grams 2 days before a test, within those 2 days i basicaly drank 4 gals of water per day, my piss was pure clear so i ate alot of vitamin B. Made the piss nice and dark yellow. took some asprin too. Test time comes, CLEAN AS A WHISTLE and my motabolism is considered slow cuz im a big guy with plenty of fat cells.

All these people think fake ass detox and chemical dillution is the answer, but the real answer is chugging water till your sick, and sweating your nuts off, im so happy, hope this helps some of you!

certo + gatorade 90 mins b4 ur test. piss once to clean out ur system then take the test on ur 2nd piss
