Why don't dealers like selling g'sYou can get a 3.5 eighth for $50 around here.. but its going to be average bud. I'd rather spend the extra $10 and get banging bud. Originally Posted by TheNotoriousZ28 Originally Posted by TheNotoriousZ28

Try and come up here and magically find dealers that are willing to deal out $400-$500/oz bud for either NO or negative profit. Not going to happen.Dutch Masta Reviewed by Dutch Masta on . Why don't dealers like selling g's Why do so many dealers refuse to sell in grams? I can't really understand this. I mean if you sell an ounce of KB at 20 a g you are making 560 something dollars, not counting what you paid for that ounce. Now you sell that same ounce to one person and you are looking 300-450. Your loosing at least 100 dollars. Actually, now that I type this out, I can see why. That would be 28 extra transactions for only 100-200 extra bucks. I suppose it isn't worth the extra risk and money. I still don't Rating: 5

Why don't dealers like selling g'sNo, I don't live in a small community. I'm right downtown in Vancouver BC, and that's not small potatos. Originally Posted by Dutch Masta Originally Posted by Dutch Masta

There are people who hang around Stanley Park who do sell g's and dimes, but in the long run, paying by the gram is just not the way to go. If I were to buy g's for $10 each, is what they are here, that would cost me $280, with 28 trips. If I buy an ounce, with one trip, cost me $170, that's the smart way to shop, and taking 28 trips a day or having 28 visitors a day, is a total heat score for such small profit.

Not worth it, like I said, leave it the corner dealers and kids to sell small amounts.

Why don't dealers like selling g'sVancouver's population is still not nearly as large as many other urban areas.. the New York metropolitan area has a population of 18.7 million people. Vancouver's metropolitan area is 2 million.. so that is a huge difference. Population plays a HUGE part here, so thats why you get to pay so little per ounce, and its rare that individual sales are made. Originally Posted by Nochowderforyou Originally Posted by Nochowderforyou

Not to mention a lot of sales will be 3/$50 type deals, so it goes a lot quicker. On top of that, lets say someone picks up an ounce for $300.. they only need to sell 15 bags to completely make their money back AND end up with a quarter for free! So most dealers that live in the right areas for it will jump at the opportunity to make individual sales. But if there arent as many people smoking, and the prices are low then yeah it doesent pay.

Why don't dealers like selling g'sI actually prefer to just sell by the gram. I make more money off of the smaller amounts. Plus, I don't usually have trouble picking up then cause it doesn't really matter if I get a 1/2 or an O.

Why don't dealers like selling g'salot of people sell in 8ths or even half 8ths, so taking out a gram kinda sucks to do. I only will sell a g to closer buddies and if thats all they got, is enough to pick up just a little guy sac.

Why don't dealers like selling g'sI'd disagree, especially for those USA people here. Ive never known anyone to sell in grams except younger kids, usually cuz they can't afford the QP. Originally Posted by Reefer Rogue Originally Posted by Reefer Rogue

I could take an oz and sell it for 20g = 560. Thats 28 transactions. In my situation, i dont know enough people who'd come to me 4-6x. It just makes more sense to sell it by the oz (IF i were to sell lol). 260-460 profit for 28 sells.

Or, buy a QP, sell it for 325 an Oz. Typically a decent QP is 600-800. Thats 1300 for the QP total, 500+ profit in 4 sells.

Hmm.. more money in the QP, for less sales.

Why don't dealers like selling g'sIt is more common in "kids" obviously, but who do you think makes up the majority of marijuana users and dealers?? I would just pick up an o and watch it dissapear by selling individual bags, because in reality its not 28 trips.. its sell a few $20 bags, always get some 3/$50 deals in there and make your money back within a few days and enjoy a quarter of weed to yourself for free and make your money back and buy another ounce and do it again. As long as you know the people, its easy because most of the time they are willing to come to you for them so you really arent even doing anything besides bagging it up. Why don't dealers like selling g'sI have a steady flow of customers in school...so I could sell by the g...it only takes a few mins of my time to measure it out into smaller bags...all I do is bring those bags during 9th period (i have study, and cut) and bring them to school in the last 10 mins...doesnt take much time or hassle at all for me

Why don't dealers like selling g'sFor some dealers it's money issues, for other it's convienance. My better of dealers are more professional and only deal in 8ths, 4ths, halves, and o's.:rasta: Originally Posted by JaggedEdge Originally Posted by JaggedEdge

Why don't dealers like selling g'sI just ordered an oz from my man but he would only sell me 2x 1/8.
He said there were a few busts recently and he wanted to make the 'little' amount he had last all his customers, DOH!
So now I have to buy a small amount more often when I would rather buy a small bulk. Beggers can't be choosers i suppose.
Any Brum/N.Wales sellers leave me a post, LOL
