How much are you willing to spend? If you are going to be under 500CFM the Vortex is probably in the top 3 and really the hydro farms are nice, but do not compare to some of the fans like the vortex. My 172 vortex inline moves almost twice as much air as my 280CFM Hydro Farm.
If you are going to go higher than 500CFM the hurricane will do the trick IMO. I think it was GK that said that one had the doors in a house flexing with the negative static pressure.

I was about to pick up another one on ebay for $170 then saw a Dayton Blower 465 CFM for $100.00 and thought about trying something new.
