Wow, I'm glad to see such support in this field of such opinionated nature. No, I do not intend to end my search here. I will continue to learn and love to the end of my days, and beyond that.



Cheery, if you read, I MUST recommend a book to you (and everyone) that will likely change your perspective on love. Its a quick, and easy read. I finished it in 2 days, its called The Four Agreements. Extremely helpful in the search for inifinite love for everything around you. It's a must read. Its not another "theory" book, or a book telling you what you should and shouldnt do to come out on top. This book uses the mind and your personality to change the way you handle situations, and your point of view toward everything.

Pass That Shit, you've really taken a step down in my opinion of you (not that I imagine it matters to you). I can only find love through Jesus can I? Well then, I'll let all my fellow buddhists know that Buddha was full of shit, that his method to universal compassion and love was all smoke and mirrors. While we're at it, lets go insult the Bah'ai's as well, I've got a Bah'ai friend who would be ever so impressed with such remarks. Seems that's a recurring and growing theme on this board, that everybody who's not following Jesus is wrong. Though historically that attitude has sure caused some problems. Jesus is eternal. He is from the beginning. He made all things. He doesn't have beginning of days or end of life. Jesus is eternal life.

Because there's a difference between believing you're right, and being so arrogant in your certainty as to make rediculous claims like those who don't follow Jesus have no understanding of love. I believe buddhism is the best road to developing compassion, but I don't go around insulting people by telling them that they can't possibly have any understanding of it because they don't follow the words of my spiritual leader.
