Are you stupid because you're drunk, or drunk because you're stupid?

I was joking about my area being badass. I live in the suburbs of Cincinnati.

But seriously, you will be drinking again within a few weeks. That's all I'm trying to say.

i'm afraid i'm with aristotle on this, almost anyone who drinks, swears it off often (whether it be weekly or monthly) but within just a few days, maybe a week, of swearing it off, there you are again, with that bottle in your hand...

I guess what he's saying is that it's like when you drink too much and puke so you swear off drinking but a few months later you get offered a beer and you find no reason to turn it down. It happens to the best of us, but maybe you'll have the will power to over come it

you've got mad good luck man!

Deciding to quit drinking is always a good decision, period.

Deciding to start drinking again is the bad decision.

lol i take it you're against alcohol? yeah, i grew up with a very dysfunctional parent (it's actually my grandparents, but the way i grew up thinking, the one who raises you is your parent, and since he and my grandma are the ones that raised me, as much as it makes my stomach turn, he's my father, and a better one then my birth father is..) heavily addicted to alcohol, i hated it with a passion, even some of the things i said to him were to make him feel worthless for drinking, but when i got about to age of being able to drink legally, i started drinking as well.... hate alcohol all you want, until something legal rivals it's ability to impair you in a similar way (namely, marijuana) it's here to stay, and many many people are goign to turn to it, even me, in desperation... someone who grew up hating alcohol more than any other one thing in life...

I must agree with people who say that not drinking is the way to go. That said, I drink, sometimes often. Doesn't mean it's a good thing because I do it.
