I'm really sloppy with my molasses mixing... in dirt... you know, hard to screw up!!! The hard part is getting it out of the jar, it's so cold in my house I have to leave it on top of the ballast to stay fluid... I use about a tablespoon per 4L whenever I remember to , maybe once a week? Uh... not too helpful, sorry!

If I had to choose only one supplement though it would be the topmax. That stuff is pretty amazing all on its own.

Again, there seems to be a little confusion: Sweet is not a bottle of sugar!!! It has carb synth agents in it! That's why a little goes a long way if you supplement with another source of sugar!
