    RoX / Rocks - Bud Densener/Thickener

Hi, I heared about this chemical that you can add to a flowering plant that makes the buds grow denser.

when the plant is in the flowering stage you add a certain amount of this RoX or Rocks chemical. Once added, it makes the final buds on your plant expand and as a result, your buds are alot thicker than they would be naturally, so this chemical makes the buds just like the name says "Rocks", it makes the buds very dense and thick.

I have done ALOT of google'ing and i cannot find any information on this product (or any like it). If anyone has any information on this product, or a product that gives you similar results then please let me, and everyone on this forum know, as i think this particular chemical sounds genius.

    Thanks,
    Sam

Stinky Attic, You say water with molasses. I figure you are giving the plant sugars to convert to carbs? Is that something you would do if you were going cheap with your nutes? Would that be something that would be useful in hydro? Do good quality nutes already have good levels of sugars?

from what little I have read most nutes dont really have much in the sugar department. Carbs are almost always used as a suppliment. You don't really need to start useing them untill you are a ways into flowering. Anyway, a suppliment like carboblast is more effective than using table sugars or molasses since it is a blend of many different carbs

"CarboBlast a concentrated blended mixture of simple and complex carbohydrates. The addition of multi-carbohydrates to your plant feeding program accelerates the phloem (tissue that transports organic solutes) without adding an NPK value."

In any case adding carbs probably can't hurt anything.

the product you are asking about is called gravity by humboldt hydro I have never used it but every one says they become rock hard according to the guy at the hydro store.

I've never used molasses with hydro and probably wouldn't because I was doing flood-and-drain and would hate to end up with a sticky mess.

But for soil, molasses is great because not only is is a source of sugars for the plant, but it provides benefits to microorganisms in the soil.

if you diluite the molasses in hot water it will disolve completly then mix it with your water it will be fine its the same as sweet or carbo load.

As far back as my memory goes... (about 3 days) i think i heard bad things about that RoX stuff... i think i read somewhere that it effects taste... not 100% sure tho, maybe if you used molasses for flavour and that RoX stuff for bud density it would work out great... i dunno tho, i gotta start buying some of these new age growth-bombs soon... especially some mollases...

lol only cuz stinky sed so...
