    People who don't like joints...

Even if I could roll a 'good' joint, I would still prefer to smoke bongs. I do like joints, when they're pure, but i can't be fucking bothered with them.

Vaporizers all the way! And yes, I can roll joints and have rolled joints for 40 years! They give me a toker's cough, smell up the house and I can't reuse the ashes to make brownies! Have you ever looked into how paper is made- very interesting! Dioxin, chlorine bleach..all kinds of goodies. With vaping there are no added chemicals, no toker's cough, no smell, you use 1/2 the pot and the leftovers can be used in cooking! Sorry LIP, joints are the old way of getting high- still effective, but wasteful and smelly.

as cool as vapes are, smokin a joint is still the classic(and most efficient) way to smoke the herb. theres just something better about passing a fat spliff around and blowing smoke rings than inhaling from a tube connected to a machine like an asthmatic or something.:stoned:

Well, personally i hate vapes. Like you said, you cant get anywhere near the amount of THC in your lungs as you can with a joint, and they are the MOST unsociable way of smoking. Pipes are next, then bongs and joints/blunts are the most sociable way of smoking.

Vapes are an expensive peice of kit, but really, a waste of money. It's healthyer right? Well, instead of spending all that money cook it, it'll get you higher, and you wont have smokers cough [Which i know is a pain, because i have it constantly as i smoke cigs too] and it's not like you loosing the "smoking" feeling, cos the vape doesnt give you that classic feel.

Vapes are a waste of money, completely.

And joints dont waste anything, if you know how to roll a proper joint. It's has to be the right tightness, much like a pussy lol! Too tight and it wont burn, it'll keep going out and you'll not get a big enough hit. Too loose and obviously it burns down within 3 puffs and its a waste and a joke. But if you master getting it right, your joint will give you massive hits, wont flame up, and wont smoke much, but will stay embering. It's take practice, and im sure you have plenty, but i can get my joints to last 45 minutes, and do almost every time i smoke one, which is a hell of alot as i smoke anywhere between 7 and 10 grams a day, normally less than 10 and more like 7 on most days.

vapes are not a complete waste of money. They are definitley not at the top of my list, but you have to give them a little credit. it gives you a great body high and is nice and smooth. Now as far as joints go, i can roll both blunts and joints, but will always prefer a blunt to a joint. i've always seen joints as more of a hippie way to smoke(not that there's anything wrong with that). i think when you first start smoking pot, it just depends on whether you were around joint smokers or blunt smokers, and i happened to be around a lot of blunt smokers.

I always admire the skill of those people who can roll a perfect joint. I can't though, and after 25 years of rolling shitty joints I broke down and got a rolling machine too. The thing is awesome. After 2-3 tries I had it nailed and can roll absolutely beautiful joints. Of course it's cheating, but they smoke great and that's what counts.

Although I usually vap for various reasons, my favorite way to smoke is with a joint. There's just something about it, tradition or whatever, that I like better than anything else.

I love joints. Hell, if it's marijuana I'm smoking I like what ever it's being smoked out of. Only thing I hate about them is you can't suck and light at same sometimes outside or your joint will go down fast for that second.

I love joints. That is mostly what I smoke. I do smoke out of a bowl a lot too. I like bongs, but they are too messy and big for me to keep one around. I've been thinking about getting a smallish clear one with space for ice cubes and keeping it clean as a whistle with new water everytime, but that is a hassle too. Still considering it. I'd like to find a nice vase like Invision found and make my own to save some coin.

Lip...I consider myself an excellent joint roller, I mean I've been doing it for 15+ years and I don't like to brag, but I can whip up a NICE joint in no time flat, but I still can't fathom that ANY joint, well rolled or not, could last that long.

Don't get me wrong, I would understand it if there was possibly tobacco in there, possibly. I let joints burn out a lot when smoking solo so they last a long time, but just because I smoke a puff and put it down and it goes out.

I am NOT calling you a liar by any means, LIP. I mean, I saw that whole thread when people were discussing it and I saw a couple people who agreed with you...but, I've just never seen it. Do you mean 45 minutes while continuing to puff on it, never letting it go out...passing it around? Just curious. I'd love to smoke with ya, man. Check it out for myself.

    Be cool.

Edit: Oh, and my first experience with a vaporizer was not a good one. Made me cough my A$$ off, but it very possibly could have been the spicy Shiva I was smoking. Haven't tried it with another strain. I'd like to. I like the idea of possibly re-using some of the weed...BUT, I agree, JOINT smokin' is classic...and my favorite. :rasta::rasta::rasta:
