dutch.lover Reviewed by dutch.lover on . Kegel exercises, anyone? If you don't know what the kegel muscle or PC muscle(pubococcygeus muscle for you smart folk :p ) is the muscle controling urine flow and while orgasming contracts. If you strengthen it enough you can control orgasm, have multiple orgasms, or possibly have an orgasm without contact. ;) I wanted to know if anyone on here does kegel exercises, both men and women. I know it's weird for a guy to do it, and it's designed for woman, but it works and enhances sexual experiences. Click Here Rating: 5
