    Kegel exercises, anyone?

If you don't know what the kegel muscle or PC muscle(pubococcygeus muscle for you smart folk ) is the muscle controling urine flow and while orgasming contracts. If you strengthen it enough you can control orgasm, have multiple orgasms, or possibly have an orgasm without contact.

I wanted to know if anyone on here does kegel exercises, both men and women.
I know it's weird for a guy to do it, and it's designed for woman, but it works and enhances sexual experiences.

Kegels are very good things. But in women, they don't control orgasms as much as they strengthen the underlying musculature that supports the reproductive system, which can make orgasms stronger and more powerful. They also are very beneficial in helping women prepare for--and recover from--pregnancy and childbirth. They're good exercises to do during youth and middle age to make sex better, and as we age, they're good exercises to do to help strengthen the foundation muscles and prevent bladder leakage.

You just have to squeeze and hold that muscle. It's the one you squeeze when you want to stop peeing.

Lags, it just recommended not practicing the exercises while you're urinating so as to prevent possible urinary tract infections. That's sometimes a recommended way of identifying the pubococcygeal muscles themselves, by telling people to tighten the muscle that stops the flow of urine as they're urinating. But if you know what those muscles are (sometimes guys refer to them as the "gooch"), you can practice tightening and releasing them at times other than when you're emptying your bladder. You'll be perfectly safe from any urinary tract infections that way.

There's a lot more good in keeping your PC Muscle strong than just stronger orgasms. It can also prevent prostate cancer and protstate problems in general. In fact, you can actually find your PC muscle through prostate stimulation, but I wouldn't suggest it unless you're into that sort of thing. Prostate problems are a lot more common in this country than you hear about.

The great part about the exercises is, you can do them anywhere, any time, as long as you wipe that stupid grin off of your face.
