If you don't know what the kegel muscle or PC muscle(pubococcygeus muscle for you smart folk :p ) is the muscle controling urine flow and while orgasming contracts. If you strengthen it enough you can control orgasm, have multiple orgasms, or possibly have an orgasm without contact. ;) I wanted to know if anyone on here does kegel exercises, both men and women.
