pick her up and bring her to a romantic smoke spot, like on top of a hill overlooking a sick view and such. burn a little and get real comfortable, both physically and mentally ya know. if you know her pretty well talk about stuff you know she really likes...stuff that will get her excited about the moment. then find something smooth to say that'll make her beautiful eyes shine as you were mentioning in your post. when you get those eyes, gently brush the back of your hand on her cheek...and go for a soft kiss.
