I'm from another country, so I don't use the same brand names, but I know fox farm has a good rep.
However, for all I know their Ocean Forest may be full of nutes and too strong for seedlings.
Most soils have some nuets in them already, that last between 2 - weeks, before you start adding nutes.
You need a mild soil and mild lights in the beginning, and stronger soil or nutes and more lights once use see they're not getting burned.
Sorry, you'll have to wait for someone else to tell you which fox farm product wuill suit you, though.

When people talk about the watts of flourescents and CFL, they always mean the lower number.
So all in all, you have almost 100 watts of flours. That'll do to get you started and as supplement lighting later on. I'm not sue how far you'll get with them, you'll notice when the´plants begin to stretch, that they're not getting enough light, I think you may´get by the first 2 weeks after they've hatched.
