Well apparently I have misconstrued something. You can take 4000 mg of acetaminophen in 24 hours, but how much can you take at once?

I wouldnt really recommend taking more than a 1000 mg or so at a time. There really isnt much need to take more than that. You could take more but no point. It takes around 4000 to 5000 mgs to become toxic.

dont take too much of acetaminophen it fucks up ur liver big time! even more if u still drink and it doesnt do shit to u, its not worth it ur stomach will just feel like shit for some time
