I had a g/f in h/s that was a witness .
Anyone on here able to tell me why she wasn't allowed to accept birthday gifts and stuff due to this religous belief ?

Witnesses only celebrate the sacrifice of "Jesus" (Passover) and Wedding Anniversaries. Anything else would be classed as "worldly".

I don't even believe in religion, but she drags me to 3 meetings every week. For as long as I can remember. I want so much some night to wait until she says "quinn, time to get ready for the meeting"; walk over to her with a lit blunt in my hand; and say "sorry mother, I have other plans." But if I even think about telling her I don't believe in this bullshit, she'll practically slam the bullshit on me even harder. She Rating: 5
