Im lucky, im not really fat. Im not actually over wieght. Im "optimal"

Alot of my 14 stone is probably in my legs and arms, as my lega are rock hard muscle from where i used to do biking and my arms are pretty big cos i've always been into weght lifting, and it helps when im getting things liek gear boxes out of boats, and positioning engines on mounts and so on.

And as for the stone to pound ratio, i have no idea, but i know that thats the heaviest i can be without becomming over wieght.
