Well at about 11:30 i went to a mates, fell asleep on his floor, and woke up in agony. I think sleeping on floors is a no no for me these days. It's getting better but i cant go for a shit without it hurting lol!

id trade, but mine isnt too great either, when i worked landscaping, that didnt help at all either

ive seen spinal taps. some really hilarious moments, but some parts i didnt like either.
