anyone who thinks watching those videos will keep you from getting caught is pretty naive. cops can claim probable cause for just about anything and lie and get away with it in court pretty much every time. especially in this patriot act police state known as the US of A.
Me: i do not give consent to this search
Cop: haha up against the car with your hands behind your head(as he digs through my backpack and pockets)
the best way to not get caught is to not do anything stupid, like hotboxing your car and smoking in sketchy locations.
Watching those videos will definately benefit you rather then not. I don't care if you say i'm naive. There will be unjust cops out there but the law is there to protect you, even if you have to use it against the law enforcers.

I didnt mean that you are naive and i do agree that there are some lessons to be learned from these videos(like never incriminate yourself) i just dont think you should put too much faith in what they say because things rarely go as smoothly in real life as they do on these videos. and i definitely dont trust cops to follow correct procedures. it is, however VERY important to know your state laws and exercise your rights.
hey man same shit happened to me last friday, but i got it worse. i was in school and am charged with not only possesion but also a conceiled weapon. my court date is coming up soon but im still smoking. i figure i dont have to stop until im on probation

True, thoose videos are simulated with actors. You never know what some dickhead cop could do, I just remember watching those vids and I remember the guy talking about action you can take if the cop doesn't 'play fair.' Knowledge is power, knowing your rights can only help you. Lol, I prob know more about American rights then English.. Anywho, keep on tokin and I hope no one has any more problems with the law
