Got Busted

To make a long story short we got busted with 2 grams in glovebox,pipe and we were all high. We were in the neighborhood and drove like 50 feet to get in my driveway to so now they might charge my friend with dui also. The weed was mine and the pipe. The one who was driving was just about to get off probation and had i think about a bowls worth on him. One of my friends went fuckin crazy and was threatening to killl himself so now he is at some menatl hospital. They realesed me back to my parents because i was a minor but i got arrested in front of my whole fuckin family. So basically i just wanna know whats going to happen, they said my court date will come in the mail.

Im 15 and have no previous recors with the law.

Probation for 6 months to a year, other than that youll be good probably. They MIGHT cut off your left hand though.

-_- same shit happened to me like 8 month ago? i still have 5 more month of probation iuno but when u go to court juss say your sorry and u didnt know wat u were thinkn of. >.> but if ur lucky its like 10% u get a warning n a fine but not likely u might get a piss test and then probation like me im 16 years old now but yea iuno bout smoking it? cus when they caught me i juss got that shit on 420 it was a dub n they made me take a piss test all these paper work n shit then court ,probation, and a fine if u lucky u might not go to juvie? im not sure but like after 5 months they forgot bout my probation haha no bs into i went to the dmv and try to get my drivers license it was revoked <.<

same happend to me when i was 16. i had to pay a few fines, meet with a lawyer, and went on diversion to get it off of my record. youll have to take drug tests, but you should be off in like 6 months, maybe a lil longer. remember, lie your ass off to your orbabtion or diversion officer. if they think youre a good kid who just made a dumb mistake theyll take it easier on you. i tricked my officer. i failed 2 drug tests but bullshitted my way around them and still got off of diversion in 7 months. kind of a pain in the ass to deal with, but id say the worst part of the ordeal is the guilt of having your family know you got arrested for smoking. itll all be over with and gone in a year. no frets
