How long will ganja stay fresh?

I'd like to know so when I go to buy, I don't get too much.

first off let me say welcome to the forums.. second of all it can stay fresh for a very long time.. just depends on how you keep it.. a great way is to put it in mason jars..

If you keep it in a bag its good for awhile. Ive gotten away with a few months, Ive herd longer though. Oh and welcome to the scene!

That's usually not a problem. The problem usually is making it last instead of blowing through it all in a short period of time.

Dont worry about it 1337 I usually buy a half and it lasts me 2 months and the last puff is as good as the first.

One thing to remember though, and damn, this is important, is to make sure there is no moisture what-so-ever. If there is any moisture, and you seal it up, it'll go moldy, and if it does, you'll have to bin it because you cant smoke mold... cos it'll make you very ill.

So make sure its very dry. [You can always re-moision it when you have it out of the bag, but no moisture in the bag]

Hell yeah lol. And I don't think you'll have to worry about your bud getting old. Just go buy a old can of altoids and when you're done with the mints empty it and put an old sandwich bag in there with weed in there. This is a good stealthy way to keep your weed on you without it being degraded. Weed just in a ziplock bag or baggies just in your pocket can get crushed, flattened.
