i have wavy hair, i like it, except when i cut it short and the when it starts to grow back, one side curls and one side stays down, it looks....weird.

IVe been trying to grow it out long but it just kept getting frizzier and poofier so i finally just cut it and gave up on my hair dreams. But i might try it again who knows?
