question: both bags were empty, and im supposedly getting charged for having drug paraphernalia which the cop spelled wrong. can they do this? isnt having a pipe legal? >_<

well i wiped off the ashes pretty well before they came so it was basically just burn marks on the can (i was using as a pipe)

They can test it for resin and any amount at all is illegal. The bags are going to stand up as well and if they werre dicks they could have charged you with possession for residue in the bags. How old are you. You most likely will be put on a program where after 1 yeard and 1 drug test(randomly) it will be expunged from your record. Either that or community service . Either way save up fines for a lawyer and court fees are a BITCH!!!

yea that is kinda funny everytime you see cops bustin in a building for drugs its in the usa. so i guess cops and the uk could really careless if you smoke lol.
that makes me wanna move to the uk!

In UK you could have a bong, pipe, grinders, baggies papers the lot, right, you could stink of weed and be stoned, and they wouldnt do anything, because it's so stupid. THey'd only do something if you had weed on you, and 9 times out of 10 they wont even confiscate [as long as your over 18]

I still cant fatham how America can get away with arresting someone, not to mention charging them with having a baggie, or a pipe. It's so stupid.

Makes me glad i live in England, our laws are still shit, but at least their not as carzy as america, they really need to srt themselves out. [The american government.]
