Sorry I don't agree with you graph. I have met quite a few folks who don't seem "in it for the money" Yes, we all have to live, eat, pay rent etc. but I see way too many people these days when faced with the choice of making more money vs doing what they believe is right consider the answer a no brainer--I suppose because "everyone else is doing it." I heard an excellent statement somewhere the other day...."nothing makes people quite so transparent as greed.". You are correct in saying that when it stops working for you, you'll stop coming. That's my feeling exactly. If you want good guests, you have to be a good host (but having good guests has to matter first)
