i Don't think enough has been said about the dope lettering. seriously it's all 3D and my eye immediately goes to it before anything else on the page, including the skull. I see the skull as sort of a sidenote to the dramatic pronunciation of "cannabis" and the viridescent depth that it affords

PS and whether we want to be associated with rebellion or not, being members of the marijuanian persuasion we are inclined to be rebellious because of its nature; for the simple fact that it tends to encourage you to be less concerned with authority figures and peers' opinions and to embrace more abstract, avant garde morals!

how the fuck can people like 'skulls'? its just plain sad, no offence to like, everyone who thinks they look good but to me they are a sign of something being cheap and tacky, like those gay ass shirts with stupid dragons and flames all over them.... personally i think it should be something we ALL like and have in common, like a weed leaf.... i mean, since when did skulls become anything to do with weed....

Thought this was the wrong site with that skull. We vote no to skull as logo.

When I first made my statement about the skull I was and still am not whining... I voiced my opinion because I immediately was taken aback at what a skull represents and it did not fit my view on pot... I could give 2 shits about a logo and I am still posting here... this is a feedback and suggestions board and that is all I was doing...I still think it is wrong but,,,controversy is not at all bad for business,,,it is something to talk about,,,that is what a forum does,,,talk...

Skull or no skull, it doesn't make a difference. It's not like we're gonna see it on billboards or on TV or anything

it is a skull for christ sake stop acting like this matter do you all get upset when you see three year old kids running around dressed up like skeletons on halloween? honestly, if there is a peace sign people arent going to come here and think, "well those potheads are all right." and if it is a skull they arent going to think people here worship satan. its a logo for the love of pete

First off cannabis is a plant of life, not death. It brings joy, it heals the body and mind and it eliminates pain. The skull contradicts the truth about cannabis. Secondly, one of the main causes we have is to legalize cannabis. To do this, among other things, we have to shake the "13 year old stoner" image and promote a more mature image of the pot using community. We are doctors, lawyers, teachers and all of the other professions as well as kids. Cannabis is used by a cross-section of the population. However, the public sees only the "13 year old stoners" and the skull supports this illusion. Then there are the "satanic" implications- yes, I agree no one but a fool would connect using cannabis with satanism- but it seems to me that the prohibs ARE a big bunch of fools! And they will jump on anything that furthers their insane cause. The skull does not help at all! Skulls are immature symbols of teen-type rebellion at best. I don't even want to go into their symbolism at the worst! I'm working on a degree in psychology, and the implications of having a skull as part of the logo for a psychologically supportive site, disturb me. I know that the greater majority of you are under 25 and are male, but even so guys, skulls aren't THAT cool. (I had a big rant here and deleted it- it was on the popularity of skulls and how they can be a marker for insane societies- do your own research if you are interested- start with the Aztecs, and the Skull and Bones Society) The lettering is fine, but the skull must go! I'd replace it with a nice fat indica leaf.
