Stop smoking is the only real way to stop the munchies. Assuming that a rational person likes to eat, especially when one is extremely hungry, you shouldn't be worried about eating munchies unless you're watching your weight, in which case you could just eat healthier munchie food. Like granola bars and grapes or what not..

i joined an aeorbics class and i toke up before and its pretty amazing, my tummy is tighter too!

eat a lot first or lay down on the ground, especially in a public place because then youre too concerned with people looking at you on the ground than having to take a shit.
