Weed is known to cause Paranoia in some people, which would increase your heart rate. it is not dangerous unless you have a pre-existing heart condition. It happens to me too sometimes, but am able to control it simply by telling myself "it's just the weed, nothing to worry about". I have actually heard of people quitting because if it, but again, it is generally not a dangerous condition. Just a side effect of weed for a few.
AdventuresOfSid Reviewed by AdventuresOfSid on . heart exploding onetime when i got really high my friend told me a story about how his heart felt like it was raceing and he was having a heart attack , but it turns out he was just freakin out. and now everytime i get REALLY high i feel liek my heart is raceing and its gunna explode and i feel pains in my chest but i always turn out fine. can weed really do theese things or am i just freakin out and my minds playin tricks on me?
