That's funny--I have a four inch inline fan that works excellently for cooling my 1kw. However, my set up is in the corner of a larger room. I have actually had to put a small heater in there because the inline fan goes out the window....leaving the window open and the room"over"cooled. I couldn't live (well my plants couldn't) without it--especially during last summer.

Ive got 15 clones under a 1000 WATT HPS. a fan connected to a cool tube, exits the room and hooks up to a carbon filter outside the room. the intake fan is on the floor and can move 90 cfm. the room is 90 cubic feet. overall the heat is about 89 degrees ferenheit. please heeeeeeelp with any ventilation ideas!
