Lol. England is great, its like Canada, its still illegal, but much more tolerated. The cops actually use their disgression, which is what makes a police officer and good one.

More and more people smoke weed in England, the everyone else is getting used to it. The cops realise it shouldnt be illegal in the first place, well, most of the cops i've met are pretty alright with it.

Then again, they dont like growers, but thats because growing normally leads to dealing... even small amounts.
