The thing about being young and trying to have sex is that you rarely have enough time or privacy to do it right. As the guy, you need to be fully and completely turned on so you have the erection quality you need, and that happens with lots of foreplay and, ideally, with less nervousness. If you take any sorts of medications, many of those can affect erection quality as well. For a young lady who's a virgin, full "intromission," as it's called, sometimes takes a lot of time and practice. It may hot happen suddenly, either. When I lost my virginity, we had to practice and practice for three or more weeks till we got it right, and trying to force it and get it over suddenly in one or two tries would have been far too painful to contemplate.

Take the pressure off yourself and don't set the expectation on complete sex next time you get together. Make sure you two have had plenty of time for foreplay and body exploration. Get her very turned on and make sure you're the same way, too. Then as the pressure eases, try again and again, with the understanding that it may be a very gradual process. Make sure you have some good lube on hand, too, which'll help, too. Good luck!
