Withdrawals?
Don't let the weed have power over you.
The longer you submit, the longer you're avoiding a problem with a negative beleif.
At least, this is what I'm reading in this self-help book.
Interpretation of the world is all just a thousand little recordings you've thought up when you were young. All you need to do is re-record your thoughts, digging around for any leftover expirience-negativities.

Ok, I've been smoking all day, every day for about a year now, and I think it's physically starting to take it's toll. I realized it was a problem when I woke up and stayed awake for 3 hours. I was very cold, sweating on and off, and I even vomited last night (after trying to smoke away the pain). I need to quit, and I know it's a problem, but my question is should I ween myself off it, or just quit cold turkey? I won't quit for good, but I really need to get my body in full working order, Rating: 5
