For me, personally, i wouldnt take moist or wet bud if you gave it to me for free.

Cured bud is significantly more potent that fresh bud as during the curing process THC and other cannabinoids are activated.

And wet/moist bud sucks, it goes out, doesnt grind, stickies everything up.
