can anyone explain/describe to me what a bud looks like on a node when it frist starts to flower? my plants are 4 days into 12/12 and they all had white pistals but now one of them had balls...is it flowering or is it male?

ello there dougefresh.. its sounds like your plant may have turned hermie.. but it norm happens a lot latter then the stage your at.. but .. pics would help us to tell you what you have on your hands:thumbsup:

don't despair, if one plant turns out to be male, or hermied ... if you have a strain worth growing again, you will be able to produce your own seeds, and, if fertilized by a hermie male, the resulting seeds will be 'feminized' ... likely to create only females, (but also, a tendency to produce more hermies, just so you'll know) ... :smokin:

it may be a hermie but im not sure. my white widow has these lil clusters that are forming together and im not sure if its bud or a male plant.

white widow is prone to hermies sometimes watch out
