Did you say little GREEN balls?
Glass weed!!! Tap that bud over some paper to remove some of the 'trichomes', and try to press or rub them together. They should form small snotty balls of hash, but I suspect those green balls wont do diddley, 'cos it's glass.
Green resin? nahh.
And your weed is mouldy.
I was going to suggest drying the lot out and crumbling it down and doing a water separation in a jar, 'cos resin sinks, green floats and the mould stays floating in the water, but if there's green glass balls on your weed it would be hard to separate them from the resin.
Unless you vaporise.
You could rinse the mould off the weed and then vape the weed, as it doesn't have to burn, and it may get round the green glass issue.
