That sucks...Shit happens - unfortunately a lot of unfair shit just sometimes happens...You'll get through it...sounds like lame advice but when I was in high school I got in a lot of trouble, but nothing was as bad as dealing with my parents....I totally understand....you have to be "good" for a while at least "pretend" to be good around your parents....

Listen bud, I was thirteen when I first got arrested. I was caught buying ritalin and was ratted out by the bitch who sold em to me. I spent the next few days in and our of police offices. Luckily, I didn't get charged. Until, that is, a year later. Then I had about a million court dates and was put on probation for a year. I was 14. I delt with it and my parents got over it and your's will too. Now I'm off probo. and have learned a lotta street smarts since then and know how to get outta shit. Remember, the school can not legally search your bag without your consent, even though they're acting as your gaurdian for the 6-8 hours you spend in school. There's a lot of tricks too, like starting a scene. Start going psycho. Flip out about it being unconstitutional and about your rights as a human being. Start saying they're being prejudice. Say something. Basically, if you sit there and comply while you know you've got even a seed in your bag, you're gonna get fucked. Atleast that's what I've learned. But anyway, keep your head up and the most you'll probably get is probation for a year and 100 hours community service and a shitload of fines.

ok, I won't state the obvious. But I will tell you how to deal with the situation you got yourself into.

Accept full responsibility for your actions. Apologize to your parents. Don't bitch and moan to them about whatever punishments and lectures they put on you. Suck it up and roll with the punches, until the episode has passed and life goes back to "normal."

If you can do this, you will be on your way to being a man.

i went to school today with a tin of my weed in my bag. just like any other day. i wasnt harming anyone or anything. i get called down to the offic after 2nd period.. the assistant principal says someone said i have weed on me. she searched my bag. she finds it. she looks deepr and find two knives that ive just completley forgotten about. now i am so fucked
my dad has freaked out at me. my mom is going to be so angry. everything is gone to hell. EVERYTHING IS. I'm suspended for 6-10 days, i have to talk with the principal, i've got a court date for december 13th.. i have to pay a big fine and might be put on probation.

If it were me living alone in an appartment, i would be horribly pissed at the situation, but i would be able to handel it and get myself through this

but with my parents involved.. its so fucking bad. i think i've got enough punishment, with my fine and suspension and parole and all the imbarrasment, but they are just going to pile on the punishments. great. I am NOT looking foreword to the conversation that im going to have to have with both my parents when they get home. i want to tell them this "it was a huge mistake that i will never take again, but what i have to do is just get through it. im going to pay the fine, and im just going to do everything i have to, and then this mess will be over."

but i know when i say that theyre going to be telling me how horrible it was for me to do, how i have to stop doing it, how i have to do beter in school and not skip and steer clear of hard drugs and all taht. but the thing is, none of that applys to what the whole conversation is supposed to be about. i just want them to know that im going to try and deal with this as smoothly and maturely as possible. but they wont take that. they wont listen to what i have to say becuase thats how it ALLLWAYS is with them.

they want to make it worse than it is, which to me seems pointless

when i told my dad about my plan for how to deal with all this, he said "its weird how you seem to think its so simple" in an angry tone, as if he thought im not taking this seriousley.
the thing is, i AM trying to make this simple. what the fuck is wrong with that?? its a hell of a lot better than making it complicated and difficult

my lil bro is in da same shit he got caught smokin in school and they didnt find anything on him but arrested him for public intoxication they found on the other dude the killer and some white. bro got held in juvie for a minute and had to take a piss test and he gotz a court date in a couple weeks. my parents where cool about it my popz smokez so he just told him straight up he dont care that he smokes but cool it down till he finds out what they say in court.

Yeah I agree with that. And as for your parents you can go about it 2 ways. 1 is suck it up and please them. Then 2 is take a stand and tell them you aren't gonna quit. And that it is something that you rather enjoy. And if they can't except that then that is there problem. I took way 2. I hardly talk to my parents now but hey I stood my ground about my beleifs. If you aren't into the whole arguing with a lot of ppl thing then go with way 1. Other than that enjoy your next 6 months of hell. But you are smarter now so it's not a complete waste.

This is why when or if I bring weed to school no one knows about it and it always stays in my locker. If I need to smoke then I go behind the school where no cameras are at. Most of the time I have no reason to bring weed to school but if I'm going from school directly to some one else's house I don't wanna stop home so I just bring the only thing I'll need with me so I can go as soon as I get out of school.
