Am I getting ripped

My dealer has some bubblegum and it is wicked dank, but he wants to sell me a quarter for $120 usd and I think this is rediculous but I wanted to see what you guys thought and if you have any suggestions on what I should do. He keeps complaining about how much he had to spend to get it. He is a good guy but I just think this price is too steep.

Outdoor mids can be nice but as for payin for 120 US a qaurter? No F'in! way The most I will pay for a qaurter is 70 canadian, and it better knock me on my ass!! I ussually pay 50 for even the really good stuff
