Sphagnum Moss for germination
I've been told that sphagnum is a little on the acidic side. Has anyone used this for starting seeds? I'm putting this topic in two places to try and get as many answers as possible.

Nooo!!!!
It's a LOT on the acidic side, like in the mid 4s. Guaranteed to kill your beans.
This is the only answer ya need... use regular seed starting dirt.

Thanks for the input. I went with the seed start dirt. We'll see in a couple more days how it worked out.
