my best friend is getting a kilo in tonight or tomorrow FOR FREE!! He knows a grower and is pretty good friends with him, and the guy needed to get rid of some because he's being watched, i think. anyway, my buddy promised me a fucking OUNCE for only 20 bucks!!! how awesome is that? i know it's good shit too, because it's the same kind that i've had before. i mean, it's not really danky dank, but it's at least some hardcore middies. anyway, not that it matters, but i was wondering what would be a good judge as to whether or not he gave me the right amount? i mean, i'd be happy if he even gave me a 1/2 oz, but what do you think an ounce is about the same size as? like a dvd case or what? im just gonna eyeball it and be like "cool, that's about right. thanks man." so...yeah...hopefully you can understand this all. i'm baked right now. :rasta:

get a scale and know for sure. With the money youre saving on weed you might as well do it. Figure your total price would be $50 for an ounce plus a decent scale, not too shabby.

how much weed have you smoked....depending on how dense the bud is..and 8th will look like about two fingers across the bad....if its a little less, pinch the bud and if it feels like a gum ball (dense, but you can squish it) then its legit...if its like squeeze a sponge then it should be more than that...just post a pic and we can tell if its legit....not a legit O without a scale, but if its worth 20 bucks

well i've been smoking for a little over 11 months now. my friends and i just never have much cash, so we always just buy "dime" and "dub" amounts occasionally. oh well, if it's more than the standard dubs we get, i'll be happy lol oh, and i can't post a pic. i dont have a camera. i know, im poor as shit lol.

edit: i think i'll just make a homemade balance and use something that i KNOW is 1 oz to counterbalance it. hey, at least i'll know whether or not its an ounce, right? lol

Just look at the bag, and if you don't mind dropping $20 on it, then be like "cool" even if it isn't an ounce. That'd be kinda lame of him to not give you a full when he said he would though.
