SO why has nobody in the world not captured him? I watched a conspiracy film about 9/11 and it makes you wonder alot, there were so many irregularities and they can't find the main man behind it? The bounty on his head is about 25 million I think and still nobody has found him, I smell something fishy. Rating: 5
