There is no freedom of speech that applies here; this isn't a publicly-funded website. This is the virtual equivalent of someone else's home. It's nice that the owners allow us to come into their virtual home and discuss things of common interest. That doesn't mean they must give up all their rights, one of which is the right to make the rules they deem suitable. You wouldn't like it if people told you what rules you had to follow in your own home (or on websites that you operate). That's one of the perks of private ownership: YOU get to make the rules regarding those things you own. If you don't want profanity in your home, you can make that rule, and if your kids don't follow the rules, they can move out. They don't get to cry 'censorship', and they don't get to vote on whether your rules are fair or not. Same thing here.
