People get tazed everyday, thx to NonLethal Methods of getting a suspect to obey you, this guy is alive, and not in a hospital for a beating or a gunshot wound. You say hes gona sue the police, he probably will just so the lawyer can get some Tv time, but he wont get anything. Police use non lethal methods all the time to detain suspects..or to disperse crowds..just look at Rioters...if police were sued for everytime a person was hit with a pepperball or gas...they wouldnt use these methods..but the methods used have been oked in court...so nothing is gona happen
