You need to understand history my friend. Go back to Feb 27th 1933 when the Weimar Republic existed in Germany. An event known as the Reichstag Fire happened. Hitler than made President Hindenburg invoke Article 48 of the Constitution to suspend civil liberties in the name of security. Hitler soon passed the Enabling Act which was similar to Amerika's Patriot Act again suspending liberty in the name of security.
