New ... Sorta

So I have been lurking for a while now. And have made one other post before this one I think ... maybe more but I think one. Anywho. I decided to make a post and introduce myself. Plus I am a new smoker. Really new. I am a 26 year old adult that has a decent job. And nice place. And some savings. And I decided as an adult to try marijuana. The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to get it. Next thing I noticed is that while it is good. Its not what I expected. It is definately relaxing. However, I don't know what the big deal is with it either. I mean, this is what they want outlawed huh? Oh well. I enjoy it and will continue to use it but I don't wanna rob a house or steal a car or get in a fight. Guess I'm missing something. Anyway. What I wanted to say was ... hello.

The more you smoke weed, the better it gets. Many people don't even get high the first time or even first few times, but keep it up and you'll get there. It's a lot of fun. :rasta:

And you are not the first person to imbibe pot and wonder why the government is spending billions trying to keep us from smoking it, yet they gladly issue liquor licenses to the shadiest of characters while tens of thousands of people die annually driving drunk or coughing up blood from cirrhosis of the liver. There IS no logic to marijuana laws. The country would undoubtedly be a better place if more people smoked pot and fewer people drank liquor.
