Well the soil for my girls has become too alkaline...weeks ago it was too acidic, so I flushed them and now it looks as if I went too far?

Anyway, should I just put them back on their liquid diet of nutes (Fox Farm Big Bloom) and allow it to gradually go south, or is there a quick household ingredient I can throw at this to knock a point or so off my pH meter? Thanks in advance to all...
